New Cafe gets five stars from the Council

The team at Ruskin Glass Centre Cafe were thrilled to receive a 5 Star rating from the Environmental Health Team from Dudley Council. The areas marked against include food hygiene, cleanliness and standard of the facility as well as confidence in management.
The Cafe is an integral part of the recently refurbished Ruskin Glass Centre which is home to 17 independent businesses; majority of which have fully functioning workshops where public may watch the craftspeople at work. With demonstrations, have a go sessions, workshops to take part in and many retail shops to browse there is something for everyone.
Chris Williams; Catering Manager said today, ‘we are really pleased with our first few months trading. We see new faces everyday as well as building a very loyal customer base. The feedback about the food and service is always really positive and the 5 star rating from Environmental Health is a bonus’.

The Cafe; serving freshly prepared organic meals , snacks and cakes 7 days a week is becoming a hub for foodies in the local area. Some of the most recent pictures of the Cafe can be found on the Facebook page.
